Our family rented two condos for the week. Both on the 5th floor at opposite ends. The units were clean and in order when we arrived. Check in was easy with the codes on the doors. Unit 502 has been completely remodeled and was very nice. Unit 507 was nice but could really use some updates. The kitchen is functional but dated. Bathrooms are original and the drains in the sinks were rusted. I was disappointed that when I opened the freezer door that the shelf in the freezer was rusted! This should get replaced immediately. Very unsightly to say the least for how much we paid for the week. The outside areas were always neat and orderly. The pool was clean and the grounds were very well kept. Overall we had a wonderful time but the unit I stayed in, (507) could definitely use some updates.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this condo! Everything was wonderful, very clean, accommodating, and fit our family perfectly. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this same condo!

We love Pointe South. We've been coming twice a year for about 20 years. Homer and Karin do an awesome job of running and maintaining the facility. They enforce the rules, especially in the pool area. We appreciate that as things can get out of control. The facility is clean and well kept.

The property is in a great location directly on the beach. The condos are well equipped and in good condition. We have stayed at this property several times and always had a good experience. The staff is very helpful and make everything convenient. Restaurants and shopping within a mile.

Pointe South is paradise! Managers Karin and Homer Odom could not be nicer or more professional. The property is clean and well kept. Our condo was a little dated, but nothing beats that view!

Very nice. My daughter and I have been coming to Pointe South since the late 1990's, twice a year. Homer and Karin do an awesome job of keeping the property clean and well maintained.
