This property and unit are very well maintained. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. Being a corner unit there are extra windows for plenty of light. There property location is about mid island with a quieter atmosphere and there is a Publix grocery about two blocks away for supplies if needed. Finally management offered good friendly and helpful service

We had a very relaxing week, which is just what we needed. The rental was right on the beach, which was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t care for was the screening on the balcony.

We came down from Iowa and had a wonderful time in Fort Meyers Beach. The management and staff were great and helpful in every way! Grocery store is close and many great restaurants in the area.

Had a great time on our June vacation week. Building very clean and public areas are kept up nicely. Pool, grill area and bathrooms by the pool were spotless. We stayed in unit 501 and were very pleased with this unit. We have stayed in many rental condos before and I will say this one had the most equipped kitchen we ever had. Plenty of plates, pots and pans and silverware. Blender and crock pot also. We really appreciated the ice cold insulated mugs that were in the freezer. We would definitely recommend this unit and building for a great beach stay.

We've been coming to Pointe South for 20 some years. Homer and Karin do an excellent job managing the property. Every year there are always improvements. During this stay we had a Covid issue and needed to contact Homer and Karin after hours. They responded right away and corrected the issue. Homer came back to the Condo after hours and was very helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and stay. We appreciate all they do. They work hard.

This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast as well as renting at South Pointe. Our friends been raving about it for many years and we now understand their enthusiasm. Everything about our unit was fabulous! The furnishings were comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the high top table and chairs out on the porch. The appliances were new and easy to operate. We especially appreciated the push button key pad on the entrance door. No hassle with keeping track of door keys.

Excellent. Condo was clean and well appointed. The view was stunning with direct gulf access. Karin, Homer, and Dee are always helpful. The location mid island provides easy access to shopping and restaurants, as well as beautiful beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pointe South. We visited in July, and the building was very quiet and the beach uncrowded. The weather was hot but we were very comfortable on chaise lounges under the Sea Grape tree. The grounds were immaculate. This condo was in great condition and everything worked properly.
