Pointe South Condominium Resort on Fort Myers Beach is located on a quiet part of the beach and offers 35 (2) Two bedroom units directly on the beach.Enjoy watching dolphins play and the magnificent sunsets. Each condo unit has a private screened large balcony, free local calling, wireless WIFI for your use. The condo and grounds were well kept and clean BUT the strict rules, micromanaging and constant monitoring made for a not so fun (sort of creepy) environment. I would suggest they ease up or only allow 55+.

Great place to stay. Condo was clean, updated and well stocked. Great beach, not crowded. Units a bit small, but fine for two people.

This was my wife and I 1st time to Fort Myers Beach. And we were not disappointed, the rooms were very comfortable with an amazing view of the beach. Needless to say it was perfect, my wife was smiling from ear to ear as soon as we walked out to the beach, witch is priceless to me. Pointe South is a beautiful and very convenient place to visit, close enough to all the shops and restaurants yet far enough away that you have a peaceful stay at an affordable rate, Oh and did I mention it’s on the beach!!! My wife and I are so impressed that we already booked again for next year.

We have an amazing time! Our condo was updated, clean and well stocked. And the view is top notch. The management was easy to work with and very friendly. The location is amazing. A few blocks from the store and a quick trolly ride to all the action. We had our children with us and the beach access was KEY to both the parents and kids having a great and memorable trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pointe South. The location was nice and quiet, the property was very clean and well-kept, and the beach was beautiful. We had fun bicycling to most locations, and found that Pointe South was centrally located in the island. That ended up being a nice bonus.

We had a great stay in Unit 407. Beautifully updated and comfortable. This property is conveniently located to Publix and has an amazing beach!

Very nice location, extremely close to the water. Property is quite old and in need of sheet rock repairs. Clean and quiet with mature residents.

Pointe South is an excellent place to stay in FMB, much depends on your condo though, so check ahead. We did not get our usual condo and the one we got was dated. Overall though it's a nice place and well managed. We did have non-condo related issues, one was the water quality of the ocean, and the traffic on Estero Blvd. I think if the water quality issues do not get some long term solution, FMB will not be a place we will want to continue to visit. The traffic issues are related to construction and are completely ridiculous. Traffic was completely stopped in front of the condo most of the day.

I've been staying at Pointe South since I was a baby. It's like home to me! Pointe South is absolutely lovely and the Managers go out of their way to make your vacation perfect!
