We stayed for a week in April for spring break, family of four with two teenagers. The location is amazing. We loved the beach chairs, lawn chairs, soft and fluffy white sand, pool, and quiet location. Even when the public beaches are busy Pointe South's beach is almost empty. The grounds are pristine, staff are friendly and helpful. Bike and SUP rentals are close by, and Publix is walking distance. The screened in balcony was our favorite room in the condo! Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals/snacks, and the outdoor grills were very clean and well-maintained. The condo unit itself is starting to show its age, could use updates in the next few years. The unit was clean when we arrived, but not spotless like other places I have stayed. Looked like the cleaning was rushed. Overall a great vacation and awesome place to stay!

Staying at Pointe South was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the touristy places in Fort Myers, we had a great trip!

This condo unit (#404) and building are second to none! The condo has been renovated beautifully, the location is convenient, and the view is amazing! We will definitely keep this unit in mind when we are ready for another vacation!

We had a marvelous time at Pointe South. The management, as well as the other guests, were wonderful. The condo needs to be updated though. The only concern we had was that the traffic getting on and off the island is terrible.

It was great as usual, we loved 404, it had plenty of storage and everything we needed for our time there. Hoping that the road out front will be finished by our next visit, and we know you have no control over that.

I love Pointe South. It is in the middle of the island. Quite. Short distance to the water.. the other ends there is a lot of sand to walk thru to get to the water. Not here! Always clean, well equipped and great management! I wish Mom and Dad had bought back in the late 70’s. I would be living here!

Rental was nice, but lanai fan and living room fan not working at all, her hair dryers were very old and smelled like burning, her teflon pots and pans were worthy of digging in the beach sand. The good new is that the managers in the office and staff, replaced the pans and the hairdryer in the condo and charged the owner.
