Our family had a great time. The location is fantastic. The beach is a short walk and was never crowded. Having a grill and tiki hut to eat under was something we all enjoyed.

Our condo was wonderful as usual! The property looked great and was well maintained! Karyn & Homer were fantastic.
Everything was great until the flood...made it difficult loading the car since it happened during the night and we were to check out the following morning. Lugging 4 suitcases down the steps was a little challenging!

Both condos we rented were very clean with up-to-date furnishings. We have stayed at Pointe South for many years as we enjoy being so close to the gulf, and we appreciate the well-maintained properties!

Everything was very clean keeping in line with COVID protocols. There were a lot of families with younger children because of Easter break, but they were generally well behaved. Had a nice time.

Pointe South is a Great place to vacation with Family, right on Fort Myers Beach 3.1 miles down from the pier.
My Parents came here for years for the winter and I so enjoyed visiting them. Couple years ago I came with my family and they loved it here, so much to do for all ages. We were supposed to come last year but with the Covid Shut down they let us move our vacation rental to this year. Homer and Karin have done a Fantastic job with Pointe South the rooms are Remodeled and clean with a beautiful view.
As my Dad would say "Another Day In Paradise"

Great first trip to Fort Meyers Beach. Pointe South is situated away from the public beaches and the bars and restaurants....but a close jaunt if you are into that. Beautiful hard sand beach. The place was as advertised. Unit was clean, amenities at the buiding were good. I would definitively return.
