We have stayed at Pointe South several times and we really enjoy our time there. It is clean inside and outside, and we use the grill and laundry as well as the beach chairs and lawn lounge chairs.

Perfect. Private yet right there on the beach and could equally go in north or south direction for places to eat or shop, etc. Very impressed with the building and grounds. Huge benefit of umbrella, chairs, beach toys, rafts, etc. It had everything inside home and outside for fun. Quiet, safe, beautiful, clean, clean, clean.

We absolutely loved our stay in #307 at Pointe South! The unit was beautifully decorated with an adorable beach theme and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beach and pool were clean and from beach toys to chairs you didn’t have to worry about anything. Aside from a beautiful spot the value was amazing. I would recommend anyone who wants a great week to book the Thomas’s unit #307! You will not be disappointed!!!

We stay here every time we go on vacation! The view is incredible, there's everything you could need on site, a grocery store right across the street and ten minutes away, great beach, up-to-date tech and keyless entry: I can't say enough nice things about this place. This was our seventh year at Pointe South and we are going back again. It's a perfect location on the beach, the managers are friendly, the place is well maintained and clean, the condos have nice big lanais, lawn chairs are provided and you can walk to Publix. There are so many positives about Pointe South.

The description of property was as described. Very well maintained very good customer service. Everyone we met was very nice and ready to help. Very knowledgeable about area. Very clean and well maintained. The condo was stocked with lots of extras. I would recommend this property to anyone. Heard about #307 in the pool while "bobbering" (if you've been here you know what I'm talking about...all the good news is heard in the pool)
Nicely updated condo with new appliances and several unique upgrades. Walk-in shower is an absolute treat. King size bed and awesome Lanai furniture was so nice you almost didn't want to go outside. This place truly reflects pride on the owner. Can't wait to come back again next year!!
