We stayed in condo 304 - it was extremely clean and comfortable, albeit a bit dated in style. The view of the ocean was Perfect. Located near to the Publix grocery story but no nearby restaurants. Public transportation very spotty - if that would improve, this would have been perfect in every way.

Our lanai provided the perfect place to watch the spectacular sunsets each evening. Pointe South provides a lovely pool as well as a grassy area overlooking the Gulf. Lounge chairs as well as beach chairs were plentiful for whatever area we decided to use. Dolphins and pelicans provided entertainment during this most relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful experience all around at Pointe South Condo. The traffic on Estero Blvd. is very heavy and since it is an island options are limited. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Pointe South is an exceptional place to stay on Fort Myers Beach...conveniently located in the center of the island and practically across the street from the Publix market. Once people find it, they continue to return year after year and we have met many other Northerners who also love escaping the winter cold. A community of pleasant people has formed to watch those beautiful sunsets that should never be missed. We hope to return for many years ahead.
