Homer and the management team were helpful above and beyond. The property was a great value. The property was the best kept property on the beach. Every part of the property was well maintained.

I came with my brother to Pointe South for 9 days. We come from Québec, Canada. Of course, to leave our country with weather in the low 30s is kind of heartwarming. We enjoyed our stay from the first minute to the last. The only problem we faced was to unlock our door when we arrived around 8:00 PM. But we managed to call the superintendent and he unlocked the door with his cell phone. Luckily for us...

It was an excellent vacation. The rooms face the Gulf and there is a beautiful sunset every evening. The unit has a full kitchen and two bedrooms. We have been coming back every February for eight years.

My husband and I recently stayed in room 204, and I would definitely recommend staying here to all of my friends and family. This unit had an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and we loved that it was just a few steps from the beach. The amenities were top notch and very clean. This property is very well cared for and the manger helped make our stay amazing. The unit had everything we needed to feel right at home, there was a large grocery store within walking distance which was perfect. I would definitely recommend walking along the beach to the Lani Kai for breakfast, the rooftop view was one in 1 million. I would also recommend Doc Fords restaurant... their seafood is to die for. I have nothing negative to say about point south condo in room 204, it comes highly recommended.
