We stayed in Condo 104 and it was wonderful. The condo was recently updated. The amenities were spot on. We were just steps away from the beach and ocean. The location was perfect as well. Far enough from the crowded area but close enough to go and enjoy the restaurants, shops and bars when we wanted to. Would stay again if we have the opportunity too.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. It is ALWAYS an enjoyable experience. Karen and Homer have the place in great shape. We have already booked for next year!!!

We have vacationed at Pointe South for 30 years and have never had a bad experience. The units are wonderful, the view of the Gulf heavenly, and the managers/staff truly treat us like family and make every reasonable accommodation for us. Truly a wonderful place to vacation!
