COVID-9 Policies and Procedures

PURPOSE

To Ensure Safety of Guests and Staff

POLICY

All guests will be required to socially distance unless within their group/family. The office area will be limited to one guest at a time with mask required.

PROCEDURE

  1. Hand Sanitizing Stations Placed in Elevator, Laundry Area, Literature Room and Office. All Condo Units Will Have Hand Sanitizer Available in Units.
  2. After condo cleaning it will be disinfected per CDC guidelines with registered EPA disinfectant to help prevent COVID. (Refer to the EPA website for list of registered disinfectants).
  3. If a guest is suspected of having COVID-19 during rental Please let office know as soon as possible.
    • Person to person contact should be avoided
    • Ascertain nature of sickness and if suggestive of COVID guests in unit must quarantine in unit for appropriate length of time, according to current CDC guidelines.
    • If symptoms more advanced strongly encourage guest to be seen at local E.R. for further evaluation and/or testing.
  4. Suspected COVID guest – Following are CDC guidelines for disinfecting room with COVID-19 guest

Cleaning and Disinfection After Persons Suspected/Confirmed to Have COVID-19 and Have Been at Our Facility.

Timing and location of cleaning and disinfection of surfaces

At a Facility That Does House People Overnight:

Wait 24 hours or as long as practical before beginning Close off areas visited by the ill persons. Open outside doors and windows and use ventilating fans to increase air circulation in the area. cleaning and disinfection. If it has been more than 7 days since the person with suspected/confirmed COVID-19 visited or used the facility, additional cleaning and disinfection is not necessary.

Done After Every Rental

All Units are Cleaned, Fogged and Then a UV Light is Put in Before Next Rental.

Done Daily

Public Bathrooms, Literature Room, Laundry Area and Office Will Be Sanitized and Have UV Light Daily

Elevator Will Be Sanitized Daily

Pool Area Will Be Cleaned on a Daily Basis

Tiki Hut Will Be Cleaned on a Daily Basis

Pool Area All Tables and Chairs Must Stay Where They are and Cannot be Moved This Will Assure that We Have Social Distancing in Pool Area

Only Two People in the Elevator at a Time if not Family

Plexiglass is in Office and Linen Exchange Door for Staff and Guest Safety
